The Northwest Ohio Passenger Rail Association has had some challenging times this last year, but just like Rocky, we have picked ourselves up, dusted off, and now are heading into 2026 with a renewed sense of purpose and clear goals.

Some of our goals include:

• An aggressive marketing strategy to have the Cleveland-Toledo-Detroit corridor to be the first approved corridor for the state.
• Developing a younger membership base through engagement to expand our reach and make sure that this organization is set up for the future.
• Actively promotes passenger rail as a viable transit option at public events.
• Work closely with municipal partners such as TMACOG, All Aboard Ohio, and other passenger rail interest groups to push for the improvement of passenger rail throughout the state.

But we cannot effectively do this without your help.

So please consider becoming a member of our organization.

Membership will allow you to:

• Have a say in our work by being a voting member.
• Reduce cost for any forums our group puts on.

We hope that you will consider joining us in making Toledo an important transit hub for passenger rail.
